We are running 3.1(3b) on both Infra and Blade (Product Name: Cisco UCS B200 M3) , but the faults persists.
1) has this fault been fixed for users experiencing this issue, running 3.1(2b) and up?
2) did you have to do anything else after upgrading the FW (e.g. decom, re-ack, re-assoc)?

By decommissioning the blade and re-acknowledging the slot, the error went away. This applies to B200 M3 and M4 blades.
