Hi experts team, Why I cannot find the 9.4(1)PL4910 9.4(1)ES10 firmware for 6900 Series Ip Phones.    

We ran into this issue too when we upgraded to 6.0.  You just have to add source networks to each rule that matches the IP networks used within that realm.  If each source network is unique, the rules will no longer overlap.

Cisco TAC can log into the APICs with root credentials and change the IP address of the docker instance.

This error looks to have triggered a failover condition in our environment today. no other errors were reported on the primary node. I hope Cisco fixes this bug soon. I have to keep my hardware alarm muted with this condition present.

I've experienced the same issue on multiple phones in our environment. Swapping handsets and cords did not resolve the issue. I had to replace the phone. These phones were all purchased on the same order in 2016.

what about the C1140 12.4.21a-JA2 , is it affecte by this vulnerability? my WLC version is 6.0.188, if upgrade AP to 15.3.3, the WLC still support?

We have similar issue with Version 15.5(3)S4b, it is disabling interface with following error :  %IOSXE_OIR-6-REMSPA: SPA removed from subslot 0/0, interfaces disabled is this bug CSCug11055 in Version 15.5(3)S4b as well?
