Hello Gaurav,

Still the fixed releases is not yet given by cisco for this bug, But a workaround has been given which is as follows.

Workaround:

Disable the VM's ntp sync with the ESXi host using the workaround mentioned in the below link:http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1189
Alternate workaround would be to configure ESXi server & CUCM publisher to point to same NTP server.

I can confirm that the issue is seen on fresh install of subscriber on version 11.0.1.21900-11 as well.

Adding the same NTP server as CUCM to ESXi worked.
