According to the Release Notes of firmware v1.3.1.12 here: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/routers/csbr/rv320/release_notes/rv32x_relnote_v1_3_1_12.pdf "DHCP Range overlap error seen incorrectly (CSCut07184)" bug was resolved but still occurs with later firmware version v1.3.2.02. It still does not allow IP range ending greater than 149 even though PPTP server was disabled and the IP range is not overlap. Please kindly check.
