CSCuu16403 - Refresh Upgrade of Subscriber failed from 9.1.2 to 10.5.2

I am having a similar issue when i upgrade from 10.5.2 to 12.5 with CUC, any workaround yet or Cisco TAC is required.

Did you find a workaround for this from 10.5.2 13900-12 to 12.5? Running into the same issue. Is the cop file ciscocm.cuc_upgrade_10.5.2su3.cop.sgn needed to upgrade from 10.5.(2) SU3 to 12.5?
