CSCuu62896 - Add support for SIP Scheduling for TCS on CUCM

This is absurd. At Cisco LIVE! there was a presentation claiming compatibility between TCS, TMS, CUCM and vBrick REV/DME installations. 

We spent a lot of time and money moving from Show n Share to vBrick as well as migrating from VCS to CUCM for registration. In the end what I get is the inability for our instructors to easily schedule a class for recording and have the media asset become associated with their user account.

Hi.

I think the Classification of this Bug is quite funny.

When There is a Big Dropdown with all the configured Recording Options but it cannot be used, it is no "6 Enhancement". It is a Defect.

And The workaround will help as long as an administrator schedules the conferences but no user will get that done right.

I already found a number of limitations when using TMS in an UCM centric deployment and TCS is another one.

Any progress on solving this one in a future release?
