CSCuv48754 - Application fault on GUI AMP page when threatgrid domain isnt reachable

Hi Everyone,

 

I face this fault and do the workaround, by add alternate DNS servers override for domain panacea.threatgrid.com and using public dns to resolve. GUI AMP page successfully can be open but when i click update the GUI AMP cannot be access again. Is there any to do with the DNS again ? or someone have face this too ?
