I just ran into this issue with ISE 2.4 patch 9.

If you reload the box it goes back to factory default settings (because no saved config is found).

The work-around is to open a TAC case and the TAC will use their root shell to fix some symlinks.

Hi,

Just fixed the issue with disabling CDP on ISE VM version 2.6 patch 3. 

Please add under "known affected release: " tab.
