CSCuz51073 - PI 3.0.x - Missing links in Network Topology

I have the problem described in the above BugID:

Maps - Network Topology:
Links between CDP neighbors are missing and its random
The CDP devices show up as neighbors in the 360 view, however the link does not show up in the topology map

This problem should have been fixed in 3.0(3)

I have installed 3.3.0  Build 3.3.0.0.342 and it's still there. No workaround. Anybody an idea?
