CSCuz84097 - Jabber crashes when placing or receiving call

Hello,

 

I'm wondering if anyone can comment on a workaround for this bug.  It certainly doesn't affect all users on the affected releases so it would seem there has to be something that causes it to happen.  We are on 11.5.2 and have yet to approve moving to 11.6.2 so any help is appreciated.

We've discovered that it's a compatibility issue.  At our site we close Jabber doing an actual sign-out and exit.  Then we right-click on the Jabber icon and go to properties and the compatibility tab.  We set compatibility to the appropriate version of Windows and then close.
