CSCva83873 - 2960-X-POST: Failed PortMacLoopback- in 2960-X

Hi,

I have the same error (https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCva83873/?rfs=iqvred)  on WS-C2960X-24PS-L. I upgrade to latest ISO.(15.2(4)E8) power off the sw an up but the same error.

I try many other ISO but got the same error.

 

Is it a hardware issue?!

It looks like you've got a hardware issue.  ASIC 1 looks to be bad.  Ports 1-8 show Unknown which would be caused by the ASIC failing. Ports 25-28 show not present because it requires an SFP.

It looks like you've got a hardware issue.  ASIC 1 looks to be bad.  Ports 1-8 show Unknown which would be caused by the ASIC failing. Ports 25-28 show not present because it requires an SFP.
