CSCvb45390 - Collection Filters configured with User name is not working for TACACS Author/Acct - 2

we installed Patch 5 in ISE2.4.0.357 but still the collection filters not working. Is there any other setting need to change ?

I was informed that the patch 6  on 2.4 version fix this issue.

I dont apply it yet, but the TAC informed me it.
