CSCvc95052 - IR809 fails to boot up despite several power cycle attempts

There is no description on how to fix this bug?

Is the router completely unrecoverable if this happens? I have tried to power recycle the router and use the reset button and neither seem to be working.

I hope you have a maintenance contract because this could be caused by an Intel clocking issue.
