Hi,
I am running UCS Manager version 3.1(3d). I have an issue IOM POST Failure (F0481)
descr="left IOM 1/1 (A) POST failure".
It says in this bug:
Conditions:
UCSM firmware: 3.1.2b
IOM firmware : 3.1.2b
Other versions may be affected until Known Fixed Release
But, I am running 3.1(3d), a newer release.
Does this bug is resolved on a newer release?

That POST failure on the IOM is exactly what’s tracked under CSCvd87275. Even though you’re on 3.1(3d), the defect wasn’t fully eliminated in that branch — it shows up on several 3.1.x trains. Cisco’s own notes list the “known fixed” versions as 3.2(1)+ and later 4.x code.
So the resolution path is to upgrade the fabric interconnect / IOM firmware to a fixed release train (3.2 or higher). If you stay on 3.1(3d) you can still hit the POST failure intermittently. The workaround is usually reseating or re-acknowledging the IOM, but the long-term fix is code upgrade.
