We've opened TAC about this issue, Cisco generated us special release to fix that but it still happening.

Hi everyone, we kept working with Cisco TAC on this

at this moment the BU request to upgrade the phones to the latest version 12-6-1 and keep monitoring.

until now the BU don't know the reasons to this issue.

 

so if you had experience on this version please share here
