Did you try to update to 15.2.2E7?

If this does not work, try a downgrade to a version before 15.2.2E5

i am facing the same issue  with cisco 2960X, anybody contacted TAC regarding this ?  what is the reply from TAC on this ?

Does anyone know if this was ever fixed? I can't find any version that specifically states it fixes this issue.

Is this only happening on a single port? This discussion suggests the message could be caused by a faulty network cable.
