Hi I have the same condition with 1832i Access Points, can be relationship with this case ?

 

I have a 8540 WLC and 250 Ap´s 1832i, and the I have the same scenario, the clients are connected and then a few minutes we cant ping the default gateway.

Hi Jesse,

If the end-point is listed in the output of the "show controllers dot11Radio 1 client " command but not present in "show controllers nss status", you have hit this bug. Both commands need to be executed on the AP. Their is a fair chance that your AP is also affected by this bug since it is also CoS based, just like the 2800 and 3800.

Due to this bug the recommend software version with the 8.2 train is currently the 8.2 MR7 Interim, which can be requested here or directly with TAC.
