CSCvf10773 - CMX import from Prime 3.2 (maps and controllers) fails on Auth handshake

I am trying to add the CMX to Prime but it throws me the following error "Unable to connect PI authentication failed".  Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hi,

 

       Same problem when integrating CMX to Cisco Prime. To workaround this, add Controller to CMX and make all zone add at Prime side. Then export/import to CMX, since Prime to CMX works without any error.
