Hi all
We're running CUCM version 11.5.1, Expressway C and E with X8.10.4, Phone load on my MRA phone is 12.0(1)SR1.1 which should not be affected according to bug notes CSCvg28519 but I still cannot initiate a conference call through my Jabber (deskphone control) sitting in internal network via MRA phone. I am trying to do this on regular basis as it is working for my internal phone but it simply doesn't work.
Procedure is like:
start first call > three dots > conference > add second participant > first got on hold > second answers > conference button under three dots is greyed out and green add button next to newly called person doesn't work either
Is somebody aware of the problem and may have a solution? Any help is greatly appreciated as we're having hundreds of MRA users who are forced to initiate conferences at the desk phone itselft.
