Correct, I am running 4110, was trying to patch FTD for 6.2.2.1 from FMC. Though it was upgraded properly but then i saw this error.
I do see, Cisco has mentioned the workaround for the same - but then they do have mentioned that, contact TAC first.
Workaround:
The error should be regarded as cosmetic. Cisco TAC should be contacted to apply a workaround.
1. Login to the Firepower Threat Defense:
connect ftd
2. enter the expert mode and elevate to root as:
expert
sudo su -
3. At the '#' prompt in the FTD CLI, run the following commands in the order below:
cd /ngfw/etc/sf/
cp cloud.run cloud.run.back
cp urlfilter.run urlfilter.run.back
rm -rf cloud.run
rm -rf urlfilter.run
pmtool restartbyid CloudAgent
ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!!

I just applied this workaround and looks like it is fixed now. Still would wait for the TAC response for future alerts related to this one.
