CSCvg74318 - C240M5 UCSM generating missing faults for optional fan module

I am seeing the same errors with version 4.0(2a)  Any plans to address this in 4.x?

Hi, 

Has anyone been succesful in correcting this error? 

We tried upgrading to 4.1(1d) and it still has the error.
