This issue is seen in CUCA version 11.5.1.11900-26. The workaround to use a URL ( https://) i.e. without 8443 while uploading voicename/greetings worked just fine. This work around also solved issues when trying to use the recording applet to dial a DN assigned to a phone for recording.
