contact TAC, they only can able to login backend and fix for you.

I believe this was fixed on 6.3.X i guess.

Well, anything TAC can do an appliance admin can do too.

So I'm asking if anyone has already been through it and took notes to share.

Some of the features to tweak only TAC can do with an tunnel access.

I do not believe admin have all the Access the same access what TAC have it.

FTD admin has absolute access. To same extend as TAC.
TAC (may) know some undocumented tools. But nothing can't be repeated after you watch them using it. Practiced many times.

seems to have gone after upgrading to 6.2.3.10

Glad it sorted, and good to know gone after upgrade, worth looking 6.3.0 have many new features and improvements.
