Is it possible to to get the details of the original bug "CSCvi81074"? When I do a search for this bug it appears to have a "duplicate" entry with a similar but not exact bug.
I ask because it appears we are experiencing this problem. When I search for the bug, the brief description is exactly what we are experiencing; however, when I click to expand the details it brings me to "CSCvi38017".
Any help is appreciated!
