Oke. let's describe a real life situation:
A person sends an email to our company. This email is quarantined based on the message language filter. In the best scenario, the recipient gets a notification on this action, otherwise it could take a while to detect this email did not arrive.
Then we need to contact the sender and ask him/her to send the same mail again with more text in the body ?
Further more, we also see this issue in emails with loads of text, so this is hardly a workaround.
