Supposedly this bug has no fix and will only be rectified in patch 2. It also affects the 3595 appliance. Any device that falls under a logical profiles policy and then hits a default allow rule (needed for monitoring mode) consumes a plus license...which is irritating, as what is the point of using monitoring mode if your license count is incorrectly consumed.
