Matthew,

What device(s) are you using to poll the switches?

I was having a similar issue, but different OID. Below are the logs from one of my switches:

%SNMP-3-RESPONSE_DELAYED: processing GetNext of entSensorType.1121

%SNMP-3-RESPONSE_DELAYED: processing GetNext of entSensorScale.1121

%SNMP-3-RESPONSE_DELAYED: processing GetNext of entSensorPrecision.1121

I am using Solarwinds NPM to poll the switches and modified the polling settings using the article below and now I no longer have the issue:

https://support.solarwinds.com/Success_Center/Network_Performance_Monitor_(NPM)/Knowledgebase_Articles/Change_the_preferred_Cisco_MIB_for_hardware_health_in_NPM

HTH,

David

There is also a bug, identified in CSCvi48988, which was causing the message "%SNMP-3-RESPONSE_DELAYED: processing GetNext of entPhysicalEntry.2.1000"

Options are to upgrade to one of the recommended releases OR

Workaround is to configure command "no snmp monitor response"

David

the snmp monitor response is not a valid work around as it only disables the messages, the issue is never resolved if you have devices polling those OID's they will continue to fail or provide inconsistent data.
