CSCvn07468 - [DOC] Impossible to log into hunt groups when Jabber is used in Desk phone mode

Hello ,

When Jabber is used in desk phone mode, the "Log into Hunt Groups" option is greyed out

in soft phone mode is working.

I try another version of jabber that didn't solve the problem

any idea?

my version of CUCM 11.5.1

my version of cisco jabber: 12.8.2 or 12.5.0

my Cisco phone is 8851

Same issue here, CUCM 12.5 SU4 and Jabber 12.9 to 12.9.7.

Is there a working solution for it? its mandatory for us.
