CSCvn82805 - Upgrade failure due to "Disk quota exceeded" when upgrading to 6.2.3 reported incorrectly

Has anyone run int this when there is NOT a shortage of disk space?   We are running into this same error but the disk is 85% free space.

The solution to this issue was resolved by performing an entire re-image of both the both loader and software package to the desired build of 6.3.0-83.
