When clicking on the built-in troubleshooter, I am told that the failures is with "Re-connectivity" specifically. When you look this up, there is pretty much no documentation on it. I see no errors on the Expressway Edge server either. Due to it being only a few users with certian Android phones, I have to believe it is related to this bug... The bug report basically says "use one of these other phones." I'm sorry but that is not a fix.
