Has anyone got the fixed for the mentioned above error? I have removed the WebEx app and Productivity Tool and installed to most recent versions, as were directed by Cisco Support Tech, but I am still unable to start my hosted meeting from the Desktop app on Mac. Keep getting the Error " We've hit a glitch in connecting to the WebEx service. try again later"
Thanks in advance for your help and feedback.

We face the same problem with Webex 40.8.7.13 and macOS Catalina 10.15.6.
We unintstalled and reinstalled WebEx, still does not work...

We are also having the same issue with 40.8.8.6 and 40.9.2.7 on Catalina 10.15.6.
We have uninstalled and rolled back to 39.7.7.27 and that works great. But then the app auto-updates to 40.8.8.6 and then the issue returns.

Verified. I was also experiencing the "We've hit a glitch in connecting to the WebEx service" problem. Reinstalling the Webex Meetings app did not help.
The instructions provided in the ticket CSCvv07475 worked in my environment.
(local environment: Cisco Webex Meetings 40.10.6.11; OSX Catalina 10.15.7)
The Webex Meetings app connects, and allows me to host and join meetings.
Kudos to the developers that were able to find a solution.
