CSCvq65075 - PoE stops working - inline power denied. Reason insufficient power

Hi,

I Have 2 switches stacked and one of them has the problem. I tried to reload it but the problem still there.

Is there another solution to fix it? 

For information, I tried the poe with an access point and a phone.

IOS XE : 16.9.2

If the switch is a Catalyst 9k, update to the latest 16.9.X and see if there are some improvement.  
If the issue is still ongoing, post the complete output to the following commands: 

sh version
sh post
sh power inline

I updated the switches to the version IOS XE :16.12.4 then I don't have this issue anymore.
