CSCvs32023 has been filed to change the behavior to have the egress-optimization feature disabled by default. Please note that the change disables egress-optimization feature regardless of the user configuration. egress-optimization may sill list as enabled, but the feature is not actually handling traffic on versions where the change for CSCvs32023 are implemented.
