We are still having the issue of when a 88XX series phone is running in enhanced mode instead of session line mode we are not seeing the calling number only the name. Our current firmware is 12-8-1-0201-486.
I noticed that is stated the status as fixed. (Far from it). Does anyone out there have any phone that displays the name and number when using enhanced line mode without using the show details function.
Our users that deal with multiple call handling are not happy that we now have to remove all feature buttons on the right that had been setup using enhanced line mode and taken away when we had to set them back to session line mode to fix the caller id name and number issue.
