CSCvu14998 - N9K-C93180YC-EX// Power supply reported as "shutdown"

We had 4 of N9K-C93180YC-FX3 and 2 N9K-C9316D-GX are running this "shutdown" issue, but not operational (Warning: if unplug the power cable on good one, the whole switch will be rebooted) 

First one get fixed by doing a RMA with new replacing new power supply (LED light showing Green)
Second on get fixed by pulling the faulty power supply out, unplug another power cable to power circle/reboot the whole switch, then put the faulty one back. After rebooting, it looks good.

BTW, by doing pull the faulty power supply out then put is back, this doesn't fix it. Also I swapped two faulty power supply "NXA-PAC-1100W-PI2" between 2 x N9K-C9316D-GX, this doesn't fix it either. So it looks like it needs a reboot to be diagnosed during boot up.

Hope there is other way to fix it without power circle the whole switch.
