CSCvy07843 - 8821 not using channel 165 reliably

8821 firmware 11.0.6SR2-4 roaming wasn’t reliable when AP was using channel 165.  Had 4 phones in a room where AP was on channel 165.  2 8821 phones beeped Network Out of Range and stopped working until you left area, two 8821 phones fine and used channel 165. Then I find this technote about channel 165 and the bug CSCvy07843.  I This is in a tech note not to use channel 165 but not in the the 8821 Deployment Guide
