I've been reading through a number of these bugs in preparation for upgrading.
The workarounds and general language and writing of these bug tickets is absolutely awful / amateurish / I don't quite know a pleasant word that can cover it.
Please tell me somebody is vetting / cleaning up the public display of the bug contents
Please tell me that TAC did not advise that the workaround was to simply put less results. Although technically valid, stating the obvious - my foot hurts when I walk --> well don't walk then - is not the response we as clients are looking for.
It stinks of outsourcing to a service provider to just does not give a ....
