Looking for support from the community for a case to enable ASA devices in an HA configuration to be uniquely named.
Currently this not possible & discovery/monitoring tools will receive the same name when querying either device.
I believe that the ability to uniquely name every logical device across the network should be a basic requirement, especially for devices that form part of the network infrastructure itself, so I ask for messages of support that I can present to Cisco in support of this enhancement request.
