The suggested workaround to "Upgrade motherboard and display drivers" does not work for us - using Lenovo laptops T48x / T49x
Is there a way to force a higher frame rate from Cisco Hub for a specific user?
To me, a more adequate workaround - from the end-user standpoint - would be to have the user select to "optimize for motion and video" before each screen share.
But the bug still exists; looking forward to having Cisco address.
