CSCvy77296 - C8000v: 'show license udi' Returns Error Message

Hello team, 

    We have testing to demo Cat 8000v 17.15.1a, in controller mode. We got same error.

What worked for us was doing the 'request license new-udi' command. It will wipe out any existing licenses you have so be careful. For us these were new C8kv built in AWS but not with a bootstrap file. This was able to generate a UDI and after reboot allowed us to apply the hseck9 license.
