This bug fix shows 14.2.0-616 and -620 as fixed versions. Should we expect a version of 14.3.0 to already be fixed?
I've got 14.3.0-032 on my cloud ESAs, and I'm still experiencing DKIM happening before the disclaimer footer is added.
