CSCwa32492 - Upgrade to 20.6.3 (from 20.6.2)

After upgrading the controller software from 20.6.2 to 20.6.3 the controllers (vbonds, vsmarts and vmanage) lost their lists of valid-vedges. 
After manually execute the "send to controllers" from vmanage gui, the controllers had their lists again. 
Did someone run into the same issue?

  I dont believe this is a Bug. It seems more like some upgrade procedure not being executed as expected. After all, you do have the "send to controllers" option, I mean, in some situation it is expected to send to controller manually otherwise this option was not there.
