Hello,

Before applying the proposed solution; someone would have applied one of the two methods and could give a feedback?
I wanted to know if method 1 does not present a risk of restarting. Also if it has a visible effect immediately.

is your environment have CSSM, then i go first option does not required reboot.

But i would suggest to do in maintenance window to save your job with the change control, if this is critical device.

I have applied the 1st workaround and it worked. No reboot. You will see the improvement straight away.

Do you mean that issuing "license smart factory reset" without reload the device decreased the CPU usage?
