This issue is listed as "Fixed" but that's not the case - Continuity Camera still doesn't work with AnyConnect active in Secure Client 5.0.05040. Disconnecting VPN immediately fixes the issue.
Is there another bug that is tracking the resolution of this problem? I am not affected by the tunnel reconnects mentioned in the description.

It turns out Cisco re‑opened this under a new defect.
CSCwd15773 was marked “Fixed” in Secure Client 5.0.05040, but the underlying issue persists whenever AnyConnect is active – disconnecting the VPN remains the only surefire workaround BugZero .
The live bug now is CSCvr70933, which specifically calls out that AnyConnect/Secure Client breaks Sidecar/Continuity Camera traffic over the link‑local (169.254.x.x) and mDNS channels Reddit .
Workarounds until it’s truly fixed:
Enable split‑tunneling for 169.254.0.0/16 (or wherever your Continuity devices live).
In the AnyConnect/Secure Client profile, allow local LAN access when using VPN so Bonjour and link‑local multicast aren’t forced over the tunnel.
No public ETA yet—if you’re a Cisco customer, open a TAC case against CSCvr70933 for priority updates.
