We have recently implemented Cisco Cloud Email security and have configured End User Access to the SPAM quarantine on the Cisco Cloud SMA. There are shared mailboxes, service accounts and even some users that we would like to exclude from receiving the emailed SPAM digest notifications. Currently the only options for selecting users to receive the notifications are "All Users", "Select Users from LDAP Query" or "All Except Users from LDAP Query".
We do not wish to expose LDAP query to the Internet for either our on premise Active Directory or our Azure AD environments.
It would be nice to have a method for end users to "opt out" of the digests similar to how they can add email addresses to the Safelist and Blocklist. In addition, the ability of Admins to update an "Opt Out" and/or "Opt In" list on the SMA appliance would be most helpful for this purpose.
