We see this on M6 (PID UCSC-C240-M6SN) as Fault F1945 in UCS Manager on all NVMe drives/controllers.

Will Cisco develop a fix?
If it is occurring on M5 and M6 seems that Cisco should respond with a firmware fix.
Support is asking us to "try turning it off and on" as a solution. This is not a solution, this is masking the underlying bug.
Specific instructions:
Power Drain / Power cycle the server. (Removing the cables including power cable and long pressing the power button for few seconds and then plug in the cables after 10 minutes.)

I opened a case for this problem on UCSC-C240-M6SN and Cisco has created a new bug report. Perhaps this will also be backwards-compatible to M5 and solve both.

it's listed as a cosmetic buy and terminated, so I don't think they are planning to fix it at all.
