We may be experiencing this with Vocera badges and broadcast groups.
WLC9800-40, 3800, 9120 APs and Vocera B3000n badges.
Setting the the custom property for Vocera to force IGMPv2 appears to resolve this.
Property in the text file is: "B3N.ForceIGMPVersion 2"
