Hi folks,
The ESA does have problems, to show the effective working filetype within the "show details" view.
Based of the shown filtype, you were not able to create a functonal working content filter.
The "show details" pane will display the filtype, captured / recognized from e-mail header,
which needs not to be the same as the real attachment file type.
Thus, it is real time consuming to export the e-mail, convert ist and try to figure out, which is the real filtype of the attachment.
Thats why the feature request to show the real filetype has been raised.
Only with detailed and the right information shown,
an administrator is able to do his work efficiently and safe.
CF's created with based on ESA delivered false configuration, won't work as expected.
In some circumstances, this would lead in a security breach.
