We recently upgraded our Cisco FMC from 6.6.7 to 7.2.4. Post-upgrade, users are facing some UI-related challenges. These are:
- On the deploy screen, when attempting to download a preview of changes as a PDF, the operation fails for the location ‘A’ cluster.
- Conversely, when trying the same for the ‘B’ location cluster, the downloaded PDF displays not only my changes but also includes changes other users have already deployed. This doesn’t provide an accurate reflection of the intended deployment.
- Another issue arises when searching for multiple rules simultaneously. When using the filter option to display only the searched rules, the policy becomes unresponsive. The only workaround currently is to log out and back in.
- Additionally, when searching for a set of rules, the results show unrelated rules, even when applying the “matching only criteria” filter.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues post-upgrade, and if so, how have you approached troubleshooting?
