CSCwh31161 - DNA Center 2.3.5.x fails to validate a signed certificate

Hi eveyone,

I just finished a TAC session. The workaround is this: 

magctl service restart apic-em-pki-broker-service --appstack fusion --hard

Then watch the services as it restarts:

magctl appstack status -f -w

Once restarted, try again.
